Washington's truck activity divides between the wet Puget Sound region and the dry agricultural east — port-related trucks out of Seattle and Tacoma (combined, among the busiest container operations on the West Coast), Boeing-related trucks across the Puget Sound, agricultural trucks (apples, wheat, wine, cherries) east of the Cascades, and substantial commercial trucking on I-5 and I-90. Roughly 525,000 veterans live in Washington, with Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Naval Base Kitsap, NAS Whidbey Island, and Fairchild AFB driving substantial military truck operations.
Free transport runs the full state — Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, Bellingham, the Olympic Peninsula, the Puget Sound islands, Eastern Washington through the Tri-Cities, and the Yakima Valley. Trucks of nearly any size and configuration accepted. Cars, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and Pacific watercraft from Washington donors are also accepted.
