Roughly 670,000 veterans live in New York, with West Point training every Army officer commissioned through that path, Fort Drum homing the 10th Mountain Division, and Watervliet Arsenal manufacturing large-caliber gun tubes.
Free transport runs the full state — the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, the Capital Region, the Mohawk Valley, Central NY through Syracuse and Utica, the North Country, the Finger Lakes, the Southern Tier, and Western NY through Buffalo and Niagara. Trucks of nearly any size accepted. Cars, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and watercraft from New York donors are also accepted.
